About How to Watch NFL and Our Editorial Policy
How to Watch NFL is an independent guide to where every NFL game is on TV and streaming in the United States. It is not affiliated with the NFL, any team, or any broadcaster.
Who runs this site
How to Watch NFL is run by Thomas Merton, who has followed the NFL and written about how to watch it for seven years. He manages the site and its Editorial Desk. Articles and game pages are published under the Editorial Desk byline because every listing follows the same checking process described below, whoever updates it.
You can reach Thomas directly at thomasnfl07@gmail.com.
What we publish
For every game we list the TV channel, kickoff time, the streaming services that carry it, out-of-market and radio options, and how to watch from outside the US. We also keep a page for each team and for each matchup.
How we verify broadcast information
Channel and kickoff data is checked against the official NFL schedule and the broadcasters’ own listings. The NFL can move games and change channels under flexible scheduling up to 12 days before kickoff (28 days for Thursday night games). Every game page shows when its data was last verified and whether the broadcast is confirmed or still subject to change. When the league announces a change, the league’s announcement wins and the page is updated the same day.
What we do not do
We do not link to unofficial or pirated streams, and we do not recommend ways to get around broadcaster restrictions. Every option listed here is an official broadcaster or licensed streaming service.
Advertising
The site is supported by display advertising. Advertisers have no influence over which channels or services we list.
